BILLIONS™ BLR-699 (Titanium Dioxide - Rutile TiO₂) is a rutile form titanium dioxide pigment produced by LB Group using the sulfate method. Thanks to its superior optical performance, fast dispersion and improved weather resistance, it is suitable for a wide range of applications such as interior and exterior coatings, industrial paints and printing inks.
